The Town of Carrot River is requesting bids for the delivery of 1,000 yards of street grade gravel to the Town yard located at 360 Birch Road. Delivery is required in summer 2026, before September 14, 2026, with exact dates to be coordinated with Town staff. Submissions must include the price per yard (payable on or before September 30, 2026), promised delivery date, and a sample of the street grade gravel (either a picture or proof of sample test is preferred). Bids must be submitted in sealed documents marked “Gravel Tender” by 4:30 pm on Friday, June 12, 2026. Evaluation criteria are: price (50%), sample quality (30%), and delivery date (20%). The Town reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
