Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marion, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for the Pleasant Township 2026 Eagle Creek Resurfacing Project. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, include the full name and address of the bidder, and be sealed and clearly marked. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security: either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check for 10% of the bid amount. A one-year performance bond for 100% of the total project cost is also required and may be submitted with the bid proposal. Plans and specifications can be obtained at no cost by contacting the Pleasant Township Office. All project work must be completed before September 30, 2026. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest or best bidder as determined by the Pleasant Township Trustees, who reserve the right to reject any or all bids for any reason.
