Provision of Consulting Services for Multi-Family Water Metering Designs. The City of Richmond is proposing to engage an engineering consultant to provide design services to support the implementation of the Multi-Family Water Metering Program. Submissions must be submitted using the City of Richmond's Bidding System. Bidders must register as a Plan Taker and use the Bidding System to submit their bid. Only registered bidders will receive addenda notifications. All enquiries related to this bid must be submitted through the Bidding System by clicking the 'Submit a Question' button. Written addenda are the only means of varying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in the bid. All addenda will be posted on the Bidding System and will form part of the bid.
