The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified and experienced firms to expand the existing tennis court at the Cedar Community Secondary School located at 1640 MacMillan Road, Cedar BC to accommodate four pickleball courts. Upgrades to the existing court includes: Expanding the asphalt surface to 68' wide x 130' long (from 53' wide x 130' long); Expanding the chain-link fencing to accommodate new court size; Crack repair on existing asphalt Rubberized color coating of complete court surface; Line painting for four permanent pickleball courts; and Installation of four permanent pickleball nets and posts.
