The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for EV CHARGING, PID 122817 OTR & CBD GARAGES, an LPA project, BID REFERENCE NUMBER 263C909306. This project includes constructing a DCFC EV Charger in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood parking garages and the Cincinnati Business District parking garages. The project's work includes equipment installation, electrical conduit and wiring work, pavement marking and restoration, and other associated construction items. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service website. Bidders must be registered to submit a bid. Bids will be received until May 19, 2026 at 12:00 noon local time. No hard copies of bids will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid surety of not less than 10% of the bid amount and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance surety of not less than 100% of the contract value. All bidders will be subject to the provisions in the City of Cincinnati Municipal Code regarding the Equal Employment Opportunity Program contained in Chapter 325 (Ordinance 331-1999) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
