Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Sharonville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the CITY OF SHARONVILLE LOOP REDEVELOPMENT ABATEMENT & DEMOLITION PROJECT - PHASE 1. Bidders must obtain contract documents, bid sheets, drawings, and specifications from Key Companies, and must be a plan holder of record. Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with applicable sections of the Ohio Revised Code, with the bond issued by a surety company licensed in the State of Ohio for the full amount of the bid. A 100% performance and payment bond is required from the successful bidder. Each bid must be submitted in paper form in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and project name, and must include the full names of all parties submitting and interested in the bid. Compliance with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services is required. The City of Sharonville reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept or reject any part thereof.
