Engineer's Estimate: $273,479.00 for the base bid, $41,000.00 for Alternate #1 and $150,000 for Alternate #2 Final Completion Date: July 31, 2026, for alternate bid and final grading/seeding and mulching/erosion control mat For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
