Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sharonville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the E. Kemper Road Improvements and Shared Use Path, Phase 1. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas. Proposals must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting and all persons interested therein. Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio. All bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Springdale, Ohio, as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. The Council of the City of Springdale, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Notify the Engineer promptly of any discrepancies in, or omissions from the Contract Documents. The Engineer will issue a clarifying addendum to each person on record as having received a set of Contract Documents.Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to bid date cannot be answered.
