If no response within 24 hours call (937-497-0200). Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project involves repaving Cornell Road from Maple to Allenhurst. It also includes constructing a new sidewalk on the south side of Cornell from Parfour to Allenhurst. Additional work comprises the installation of a retaining wall, drive culverts, guardrail replacement, grading, and storm sewer work. All details regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are specified in the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents.
