Food Service Line Equipment for WMHS is to be delivered F.O.B. to 3131 Twelve Mile Road, Warren, MI 48092. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with attached specifications and for the prices quoted on the attached sheets (2-copies). Pricing must remain firm for 90 days and prices are to be quoted F.O.B. delivered. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to split award by items. Proposals will not be considered unless submitted on the attached forms and returned in a sealed envelope with proposal title, due date, and time. Certified check or proposal bond, if required, must accompany the proposal. Proposers must adhere strictly to requirements and specifications, otherwise proposals may not be considered. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the proposer and any member of the Board or the Superintendent, as well as a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012, must be included. Terms of payment and delivery will be considered in making awards. The supplier agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of any legally protected category. In the event labor is required, the supplier must furnish compensation insurance to protect the Board of Education's interest. Proposers are invited to consult with the Fiscal Services Department regarding proposal conditions, materials, or previous quotations. Addenda will be issued up to three days before proposal receipt date, and acknowledgment of addenda must be included in the response.
