The City of Warren is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to Furnish & Install Precast Concrete & Repairs for the Building Maintenance Department, per the bid form and specifications. To be considered for award, vendors must: 1. Signature of an Authorized Company Representative on page 3 of the bid form. 2. Submit pages 1-26 of the bid form electronically, via the online (MITN) system. General Requirements - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required URPOSE: It is the intent of the City of Warren to invite electronic bids from qualified contractors for the removal, replacement, and repairs of the City of Warren Civic Center precast concrete sign (see Appendix A: Photos). The awarded vendor shall be required to initiate an electrical utility line identification, through MISS Dig 811, prior to commencing work. The vendor shall be required to obtain permits as required by law, code, ordinance, etc., prior to commencing work. The City shall waive permit fees. The awarded vendor shall complete the following: Remove the three (3) indicated precast caps stone and safely protect for later installation. Remove and properly dispose of the three (3) indicated vertical precast stones. Grind out joints throughout the front of the entire precast concrete sign (facing the street) and the precast caps joints. Furnish and install three (3) new vertical precast stones to match the existing stones. Furnish lettering on the three (3) new vertical precast stones to match the existing lettering. Reinstall the original three (3) precast caps stone to the original locations on the three (3) newly installed vertical precast stones. Furnish and install new caulking throughout the entire precast concrete sign, to match. Remove and properly dispose of all debris related to this project.
