The Town of Midland is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide unit pricing for Asphalt Patch Work. This is intended to be a multi-year maintenance contract, with extension beyond the first year dependent on contractor performance. Work will be on an as-needed basis, and quantities are not guaranteed. Required work may include but is not limited to roadway work, boulevard work, driveway aprons, parking lots, work at municipal facilities, municipal parks, and municipal trails. Work includes removal and disposal of existing asphalt and base granular, supply and placement of new base granular and asphalt, and installation of paved gutters. Capital construction projects will be tendered separately from this contract.
