The project is for the installation of a Public Safety Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) System at Marshall High School. The scope of work includes: - Furnishing and installation of a 700/800 MHz Public Safety BDA system - Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installation - Donor antenna network installation - Electrical connections and required permits - System programming, testing, balancing, and coverage verification - Project coordination and final implementation Bidders shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Instructions to bidders: - Sealed bids must be clearly marked as the "Marshall High School BDA System Bid" and delivered to Marshall Public Schools at 100 East Green Street, Marshall, MI 49068, Attn: Kendra Leib. - All bids must be received no later than May 26, 2026, at 10:00am. Late bids will not be accepted. - Contractors must be properly licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. - Contractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Marshall Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the bid in the best interest of the district. - Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
