Reference number: 20143953 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-05-21 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 24 1.1 Purpose of the tender The City of Sept-Îles requires professional services for the quality control of materials. The works covered by this tender are grouped as follows: Project 1: Construction of a new town hall (ING-2025-5400); Project 2: Resurfacing of roads, pavements and kerbs (ING-2026-900); Project 3: Construction of a service building at Bruno-Pauletto Park (ING-2026-2500); Project 4: Miscellaneous projects (2026). 1.2 Location of the works The works will take place within the territory of the City of Sept-Îles, in accordance with the projects mentioned above. 4.1 Description of the contract Under the supervision of the geotechnical engineer in charge of the project and his deputy, the site technician shall be responsible for all activities relating to the quality control of materials required at the factory, on site and in the laboratory, within the framework of the 2026 municipal works described in the section ‘Subject of the tender’. The successful tenderer will act as the City’s representative. In general, the successful tenderer will have full technical responsibility for the quality control of materials. To this end, they must have a competent team comprising a project manager and a technician. It should be noted that, depending on the various works specified in the contract, the works supervisor may be a City representative or an external consultant. In all cases, the successful tenderer will be required to liaise with the supervisor throughout the works. 4.6 Schedule of the contract The duration of the contract will run approximately from May to December 2026, with the exception of Project #1, which will run over a period of two years (2026 and 2027)
