Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Division Property Management and Construction in the trade categories of General Construction or General Construction/Alterations and Additions, or name such prequalified subcontractors. Bidders are required to submit a single Lump Sum Bid for all work and materials. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the specified address. The envelope must include the contract title, bidder's name and address, date, and time of submission. Physical copies of documents will not be sent; all requests and inquiries must be submitted electronically. It is recommended that bids be sent by certified or overnight mail to ensure delivery, or be hand-delivered during designated hours.
