Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Noblesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Scope of work: Replacing the South air handling unit above the Sheriff’s Office and replacing condensing units, line sets, and coils for the air handling units on the Community Corrections building. Contractor Bids: The Board of Commissioners of Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the listed items. Sealed bids must be forwarded by registered mail or delivered in person to the Hamilton County Auditor, located in the basement of the historic courthouse at 33 North 9th Street, Suite L21, Noblesville, Indiana 46060 prior to 11:30 a.m. on May 26th, 2026. After 11:30 a.m., bids may be delivered to the Commissioners Courtroom located on the 1st floor of the Judicial Center up to the time of the noticed bid opening. All bids will be opened and read aloud beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.
