Site work for a water / sewer project in Noblesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work shall be completed by certified / qualified Contractor(s) and Subcontractor(s) for the Project all as required by the Bidding Documents which have been assembled into a bound Project Manual and consists of: Base bid for which proposals are to be received is for the construction of the installation of approximately 1,900 LF of 12-inch through 36-inch storm sewers, storm manholes, storm inlets, end sections, regrading, ditch grading, road/curb/sidewalk restoration, and associated impacted appurtenances for the installation of the work herewith in described in the bid documents. The project consists of the construction of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 12-inch through 36-inch storm sewers, storm manholes, storm inlets, end sections, ditch grading, road/curb/sidewalk restoration, and associated impacted appurtenances for the installation of the work described in the bid documents. The project also includes three mandatory alternates. Bids must be submitted on the forms contained in the Project Manual and on Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 (revised 2013). Bidders must submit financial data, a statement of experience, a proposed plan for performing the work, and the equipment available for performing the work, along with a properly signed Affidavit of Non-Collusion. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the name and address of the Bidder, and clearly identified for the project. Bidder or subcontractor performing work must be on the most current Indiana Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list for the required types of work. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, including alternates. The successful Bidder must provide required Payment and Performance Bonds and Certificate of Insurance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, discrepancies, or irregularities in bids received at its sole discretion. All out-of-state bidder corporations must have a Certificate of Authority to do business in the State. Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-Bid meeting for interested parties will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 at 9AM at 197 Washington Street, Noblesville, Indiana. For special accommodations for individuals planning to attend the Pre-Bid meeting or public bid opening, please call or notify the City of Noblesville at (317) 776-6353 (ext. 3009) at least forty-eight (48) hours prior thereto. Submit all bid questions in writing to DCCM prior to 12:00PM, local time on April 8th, 2026. Questions will only be accepted from firms on the official Plan Holders list. A written response will be emailed to the address on the official Plan Holder's list that is required to be completed at the time the plans are purchased. No questions will be answered by telephone.
