The City invites bids from qualified suppliers for preventative and demand maintenance services for pool and arena dehumidifiers located in various facilities within Mississauga, ON. The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and servicing to ensure dehumidifiers operate reliably and efficiently (Preventative Maintenance), responding promptly to service requests, troubleshooting issues, and restoring equipment to full working order (Demand/Corrective Maintenance), providing maintenance reports summarizing inspections, corrective actions, and recommendations for equipment performance improvement (Reporting), and scheduling maintenance activities in collaboration with City staff while adhering to all applicable safety and operational standards (Coordination and Compliance). Detailed service requirements, frequency, and technical specifications are provided in Appendix C – Statement of Work. Bidders are instructed to note that online submission is required.
