Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sandpoint, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of two owner-furnished screw presses; removal of existing belt presses, associated access platform and stairs; modifications to existing digested sludge, utility water, and polymer piping; installation of associated mechanical systems; electrical upgrades, structural modifications including roof replacement and new lift hatch; and HVAC improvements within the dewatering building. The Work will be performed at the City of Sandpoint Wastewater Treatment Plant and must be coordinated to maintain continuous plant operations in accordance with the Contract Documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Cost: $1,900,000 to $2,600,000 Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Bidders may only contact, in writing, the City of Sandpoint's Grants, Contracts, and Procurement Officer, Heather Faircloth, with any questions at solicitations@sandpointidaho.gov. The deadline for bidder questions is three days prior to Bid Opening. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing.
