In addition to the above Noxious Weeds, all plants out of place and considered detrimental to the county must be controlled on all lands. Weeds shall be controlled at such times and in such manner as will effectively prevent such plants from maturing to the bloom stage. This is set forth in the Wisconsin State Statute 66.0407.
