Remodeling of a municipal facility in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring at the Children and Youth Services Building. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the County. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the County of Mercer in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must enter into a contract with the County of Mercer to provide the specified services within ten days following notice of the bid award. The Mercer County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the bid in the best interest of the taxpayers, to the lowest responsible bidder.
