Site work for a road / highway in Manchester, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Bid proposals will be for drilling rail steel at various locations. The Contractor will be responsible for all work on each project, which will include providing and installing the steel cribbing, back fill, and Geotech fabric. Steel should be bid by lineal foot up to the shoulder elevation, cribbing per square foot, and back fill per ton. Contractors must provide proof of one million dollars of liability insurance and workers compensation. The Clay County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids to withdraw the bid award at any time, if dissatisfied with the performance of the bidder. Vendors may pick up bid packets and specifications at the Office of the County Judge Executive. Clay County Fiscal Court reserves the right to select more than one vendor or firm to conduct earthwork services. Bid should be for lowest overall price per ton All gravel will be delivered to the county garage Any size stone should be available for delivery after awarding the bid Gravels are expected to be delivered within a reasonable time after order has been placed All weight tickets should be from electronic computer scale, no hand written tickets Upon delivery all tickets should be signed by a county employee at the garage Deliveries should be made during the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday Contractors shall not sub-contract bid without written notice and approval from the Fiscal Court
