Provide all labor, material, equipment, permits and supervision required to perform roof replacement at CCAC Boyce Campus for three prime contracts (General, HVAC, and Plumbing) in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions. Project Labor Agreement compliance is required. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 All questions must be received electronically or in writing The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes construction related services for the complete roof replacement at the CCAC Boyce Campus Building. The existing building roof is approximately 105,895 SF. The existing roof is, overall, well beyond its useful life and the Boyce Campus building roof has experienced ongoing leaks for many years. The roof replacement work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of existing roof in its entirety (membrane, insulation, ballast material and related) down to the existing roof deck and structure. 2. Roof deck repair where indicated. 3. Design of new fully adhered, single-ply membrane roof system (all required vapor barriers, insulation and membrane), including parapet wall coping and all required flashing and counterflashing. Current code-required R-value for insulation must be achieved. (Roof system to have 30 year warranty.) 4. Masonry cleaning and repointing where indicated. 5. Permanently installed access ladders where indicated. 6. Metal wall panel replacement and parapet wall extensions where indicated. 7. Roof hatch installation or component replacement where indicated. 8. Add Alternate 1: perimeter edge protection system where designated. 9. Roof drain and leader replacement. 10. Roof overflow scuppers. 11. Raising of existing mechanical units and other roof top equipment where indicated. 12. New mechanical equipment and associated electrical work where indicated. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
