Sealed Proposals for Project No. 26-03-SC, 2026 Sealcoat Program will be received by the Municipality of Monroeville, County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Proposals must be made upon Proposal Forms supplied by the Municipality of Monroeville and must be based upon and in accordance with the Specifications and Instructions to Bidders. Copies of Proposal Forms, Specifications, and Instructions to Bidders may be obtained at the Building, Engineering & Community Development Office of the Municipality of Monroeville. All construction drawings and specifications will be provided by the Municipality in PDF format via email upon registration. It is the bidder’s responsibility to generate hard copies for bidding purposes if desired. All bidders are required to obtain bidding documents (via email) directly from the Municipality and register with the Municipality by providing pertinent information including, but not limited to, name of company, address and contact information. Bids submitted by unregistered bidders will be rejected without consideration. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the specified amount and made payable to the Municipality of Monroeville. Proposals must be submitted to the Monroeville Municipal Manager at the specified address. Delivery of a proposal to any municipal office other than the Municipal Manager’s Office will not constitute compliance with bidding instructions. Each Proposal must remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days. The Municipality of Monroeville reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to enter into a contract as may be deemed in its best interest.
