The works include the restoration of heritage features, the reconfiguration of interior spaces for new public uses, the integration of electromechanical, acoustic and scenographic systems, targeted structural interventions, as well as external improvements and technical additions to the roof, whilst ensuring safety and universal accessibility to accommodate the Maison de la chanson et de la musique du Quebec. The works required under this tender must be fully completed within 103 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g. the construction industry holiday period) and the time required to procure materials and equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company.
