Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
The project is for constructing a new town hall. The work includes: concrete slab on grade and sidewalks, installation of a 3,000 gallon holding tank with alarm, installation of a well and pressure system, labor-only installation of LP siding with aluminum soffit and facia, building and outside electrical with service, installation of a furnace with A/C including all duct work, drywall installed per code, blacktop parking lot with striping, and gravel. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids to the town board before 7 p.m. on 5/19/26. Specs may be obtained from the chairman at the provided contact number. The board may reject or disregard any and all bids, and the Responsible Bidder Ordinance 2023-1 is in effect.
