The work consists of the Wastewater System Improvements Project for the Town of Garden City, South Dakota. The project includes replacement of the lift station and improvements to the wastewater lagoons. Bids are requested for a Base Bid contract for this work. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal regulations, including the President's Executive Orders, the American Iron and Steel provision, and requirements under Public Law 115-232, Section 889. Bidders are also required to comply with specified Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, Civil Rights laws, minimum wage requirements as determined by the Davis Bacon Act, and requirements related to Disadvantaged/Minority and Women's Business Enterprises participation. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
