Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Capac, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Village of Capac is requesting bids for the construction of the Main Street Streetscape. The work will include approximately 12,250 square yards of pavement removal, 3,600 square yards of sidewalk removal, 4,200 tons of HMA paving, 5,400 feet of concrete curb and gutter, 31,000 square feet of sidewalk and curb ramp, aggregate base, storm sewer, pavement markings, and related items of work. Prospective bidders are instructed to request the bidding documents from the issuing office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. The Village of Capac reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Capac. Question Deadline 06/04/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
