The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for Phase 1 of the CARM Project (Project). The contract will have three task orders: Task 1: Pre-Construction Services Task 2: Construction Management Services Task 3: Systems Integration Oversight This project is funded by the National Infrastructure Project Assistance (Mega) program with local match from Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee (TVTDF). Local, state, and federal funds will be used for the project. Therefore, the proposer will be required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
