The work consists of the complete replacement of the Walnut Creek City Hall Building Management System and collaborating with the designer to integrate and bring the system to optimal operation. The project is located at Walnut Creek City Hall, 1666 N Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Bids must be made on the Bid Proposal and Schedule form provided in the Project Manual. The contractor must begin work no later than five working days after the specified start date in the Notice to Proceed and complete all the work within 60 working days of that date. Contractors and subcontractors must be currently registered to perform public work as required by law. Bidders must hold a current, valid General Building Contractor - Class "B" license or C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning license, or one of either a C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting or C-36 Plumbing license AND either a C-10 Electrical or C-7 Low Voltage Systems Specialty License.
