The requirement is for a 150 KVA 3-Phase NEMA 4X portable isolation transformer with a quantity of one (1) unit. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement; offered products must meet the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified and will be evaluated for acceptability by the USCG. The delivery must not exceed 15 weeks after receipt of award due to installation timeline restrictions. FOB is destination to United States Coast Guard, IPF Alameda, Coast Guard Island BLDG 15A, Alameda, CA 94501-5100. Offers must include the name, title, email address, and telephone number of the company point of contact who can legally bind the company contractually, item specifications, total price including shipping, and the fastest delivery date. Offers must be valid for at least 30 days, and all offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of submission. The government will make a single award to a responsible vendor providing a technically acceptable item with the fastest delivery time at a reasonable price. Faster delivery times may justify a higher price, but only if the benefit is more than marginal.
