Sealed RFQs are requested for the provision of Professional Engineering Services for the City of Winter Springs. Respondents should conform to the minimum requirements outlined. The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers and to waive minor informalities. The purpose of this request is to select an RFQ for further contract negotiation, but selection may not necessarily result in a contract. Instructions to bidders include: - Submit one original, five copies, and one electronic copy of the response by the specified date and time. - Clearly label the package with the RFQ number, title, opening date and time, and the name and address of the respondent. - The City is not responsible for submittals sent by postal or mail courier services; meeting the City’s receipt deadline is the responsibility of the respondent. - Qualifications received after the designated date and time will be rejected. - The deadline for questions is specified. Any required Addenda will be issued on the Demand Star platform and City Website if questions necessitate clarification.
