PARCEL ID: 039 00 003 The work will consist generally of the following: construction of improvements at the Telfair County Recreation Park including approximately 525 linear feet of 18" RCP storm drain pipe and structures, approximately 596 square yards of 4" thick concrete, approximately 13,792 square feet of seal coat and striping of the existing parking lot, outdoor basketball court, four pickleball courts, renovations to multiple onsite buildings, a 30'x24' split face block bathroom building and septic system, new grassed Tee Ball fields, approximately 1,190 linear feet of black vinyl coated chain link fence, sod, bleachers, custom overhead tie back canopy net, batting cage on a 65'x70' concrete slab, and other improvements as shown on the plans as all necessary items to properly construct the park. All work on the Project must be completed within 150 consecutive calendar days of notice to proceed. Bid must be submitted on the provided Bid Proposal Forms in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications, accompanied by a Bidder's Bond for 10 percent of the bid amount, and must include required Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Insurance Certificates.
