The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management, will undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process starting with a prequalification phase, followed by an Invitation for Bid. The procurement is intended to support the continued rehabilitation, renewal, and repair of the sanitary sewer collection system through work-order assignments for sewer mains, manholes, service laterals, and related site restoration. The selected vendor will be responsible for timely mobilization, proper coordination, and completion of each assigned work order in accordance with approved schedules, department direction, and contract documents. Work may include bypass pumping, sewer cleaning, CCTV/sonar inspection, point repairs, open-cut replacement, CIPP, pipe bursting, jack and bore, manhole rehabilitation, traffic control, utility coordination, and pavement or landscape restoration. Interested vendors should be prepared to demonstrate the proper staffing levels, equipment, materials, and field experience needed to perform multiple sewer repair assignments across various City locations.
