Site work for a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Unified Fire Service Area is requesting quotations for the turnkey supply and installation of a new propane storage system at Fire Station 108 located at 7688 S. Big Cottonwood Canyon (State Road 190) in Brighton, Utah. Questions concerning this quote should be directed to: Erica Langenfass Email: elangenfass@unifiedfireut.gov The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: o Removal and proper disposal (or credit/trade-in) of four (4) existing 1,000-gallon propane tanks o Furnishing and installation of a new 7,500-10,000 gallon propane tank o Delivery and placement of the new tank o All piping, regulators, valves, and system components required for full operation o Connection to the existing building systems o System testing, commissioning, and startup o Coordination to ensure a seamless transition from the existing system to the new system with minimal service interruption o Restoration of any disturbed areas resulting from construction
