Renovation of a recreation facility in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot recreation facility.
Removal and replacement of existing steel siding and roofing on an approximately 5,000 square-foot building, including all necessary underlayment, trim and fasteners, with new 26-gauge steel; and installation of a new HVAC system, including all associated electrical and mechanical work necessary for a complete and operational system. Sealed bids must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope. Each bid should include a detailed breakdown of labor, materials, and equipment costs. Bidders must be properly licensed in the State of Minnesota where required and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Proof of insurance, including general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, will be required from the successful bidder. A site walkthrough is strongly recommended prior to submitting a bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Washington County Agricultural Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Society. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications.
