The City of Great Bend, Kansas, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced security system contractors for the replacement and upgrade of the wastewater treatment facility's security camera system and the installation of electronic access control systems at the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The selected contractor will provide a fully turnkey, NDAA-compliant video surveillance and electronic access control system. The system must be fully operational within three months of contract award. Work is anticipated in 2026. General Scope of Work The Contractor shall be responsible for: Removal of all existing non-compliant security camera and recording equipment Design, engineering, and layout of the proposed security system Supply and installation of all cameras, servers, network hardware, access control hardware, cabling, and mounting hardware Integration of video surveillance, access control, and intercom functions into a unified platform where feasible Configuration, programming, testing, commissioning, and staff training One-year minimum warranty and technical support period
