Perry Township Schools will be installing a 20' band tower on the east side of Perry Meridian High School's parking lot. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: fabrication and delivery of a band tower, model Summit 20 from Educational Steel Products or other approved alternate; installation of the prefabricated band tower; installation of a concrete slab per the tower manufacturer's design with rebar (not provided) and foundation mounting hardware (provided with the tower); installation of the foundation according to the tower manufacturer's specifications; and responsibility for any necessary permitting required by the city of Indianapolis. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts.
