The award period shall be for a one (1) year period from the effective date of the award, and may, by mutual written agreement, be renewed at the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 at 5:00 PM ET:Questions regarding Vendor Registration, accessing bid documents or submission assistance within the online Portal shall be emailed to procurement-support@opengov.com. The city of Tampa reserves the right to add to or delete any item from this bid or resulting award when deemed to be in the best interest of the city of Tampa. Event pre-bid meeting notes : note: any bidder WHO fails to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible to submit a bid on the project. All bidders must be present and signed in by the start time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting time of 9:00 a.M. Anyone not present/signed in at 9:00 a.M for the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a bid on the project. To discuss the above referenced subject. Please bring a copy of this bid to the pre-bid meeting. City of Tampa buildings are controlled access buildings, and all visitors are required to obtain a visitor's pass prior to entering. Note: any bidder WHO fails to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible to bid on the project. All bidders must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
