The capability, experience, and resources to fully perform all requirements outlined in the Sources Sought for degreasing solvent and parts washer services at JMTC, Rock Island Arsenal. We can provide a 100% recycled degreasing solvent that meets MIL-PRF-680 Type II specifications and supply contractor-owned parts washer tanks ranging from 5 gallons to 180 gallons in capacity. Our personnel can perform regularly scheduled service visits in accordance with the required service intervals, including 8-week and 16-week cycles based on tank size and configuration. Services include removal and disposal of dirty solvent and sludge, replenishment with clean solvent, and complete inspection and maintenance of parts washers. Maintenance activities include checking, repairing, and replacing damaged hoses, electrical wiring, fusible link covers, and other components. When equipment is not repairable, we are capable of replacing it with new contractor-owned equipment. We can service manual benchtop parts washers, manual vat parts washers, automatic/manual agitation parts washers, and customer-owned 180-gallon tanks located within JMTC-Rock Island. We are capable of responding to emergency service calls within 24 hours of notification, as required. will manage all waste disposal documentation and associated fees. All waste removed will be documented using State of Illinois manifests, with manifests signed by the transporter and Rock Island Arsenal Public Works Environmental prior to removal from the installation. Copies of all signed manifests will be provided to JMTC, and service invoices will be signed and furnished to JMTC at the time of service. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA, EPA, IEPA, and Army regulations, and adhere to all Rock Island Arsenal safety requirements. Our personnel are capable of obtaining and coordinating any required hot work or open flame permits in accordance with RIAR 420-2 and coordinating with the Rock Island Arsenal Fire Department as required. All hazardous waste handling, transportation, and disposal will be performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. No Class I ozone-depleting chemicals will be used in performance of this work.3 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
