Cancellation Description This notice is canceled and will be reposted as a Sources Sought Notice. Interested vendors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future updates regarding this requirement. "As per the Owner the Project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" The project requires the removal of an existing 2,500-gallon underground storage tank and the installation of a new 3,000-gallon above-ground split-compartment fuel storage tank. Work includes construction of a new concrete pad, installation of a fuel island, and integration of an automated fuel tracking system. The scope also requires removal and proper disposal of the existing tank in accordance with applicable environmental regulations, soil sampling and testing to determine the presence of contamination, and implementation of all necessary environmental protection measures. Safety bollards must be installed to protect the new fuel system infrastructure. All work must meet applicable federal, state, and local codes, and final project completion requires certification and approval from the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Weights & Measures. Additional technical and performance requirements are detailed in the attached statement of work. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
