This project includes the furnishing of framing and decking materials to be used by Century Custom Builders for the Pointe at Riverwalk townhome development at Northside & St. Peter Street in South Bend. Each bidder must include the title of the bid and project number in the email subject line, and provide their company name, address, contact email, and phone number in the body of the email. Bidders must comply with the 'City of South Bend EEO Contracting Provision Diversity Utilization' for each construction trade used on this contract. Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. Bidders must meet all submission requirements set forth in Section 6-63 of the Responsible Bidder Ordinance. The City reserves the right to request supplemental information, conduct customer inquiries, reject any or all bids, or accept a full or partial award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
