Alterations to the Farmingdale Firehouse, 54 Main Street Rebid The Work Shall Include, but is Not Limited to, All Structural and Interior Improvements and Façade Repairs Associated With the Renovation of the Existing Firehouse. This Includes Demolition of the Existing Rear Siding, Insulation, Plaster, Concrete Stairs, Landing, Shed Roof, Windows, and Doors; Installation of Temporary Shoring and New Structural Components; Interior Framing, Flooring, Wall Coverings, Cabinetry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Lighting; Replacement of Windows and Doors; and Construction of New Bathrooms, Kitchen Improvements, and Portions of the Training Room. Additional Work Includes Installation of New Canopies, Lighting Fixtures, Electrical Improvements, and All Other Incidental Work Necessary to Complete the Project in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications.
