The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is soliciting bids for the installation of a Dual Lane Outdoor Batting Cage at 1201 Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27610. The contractor is required to provide and furnish all necessary materials, equipment, machinery, and labor to complete the construction in full accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents to the satisfaction of the City of Raleigh. The project is to be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must complete and submit all required proposal form pages and MWBE acknowledgment documents prior to the bid due date. The contractor must furnish an accurate itemized statement of North Carolina Sales Taxes paid on project materials, comply with city codes regarding the Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise Program, and may be required to sign a contract for all or part of the work within ninety days after receipt of the quote if offered.
