All questions, including requests for interpretation or correction, or comments regarding the Contract Documents, must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days prior to the date of bid opening. This encompasses tasks such as Mobilization & Demobilization, establishing the Field Office, Traffic Control, Surveying, various Removals, Soil Import, Bridge Removal, Cold Milling, application of Asphalt Concrete Overlay, Asphalt Concrete, placement of Crushed Miscellaneous Base (CMB), installation of Portland Cement Concrete elements (curb, gutter, medians, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, pavement, slope lining, bus stops, bikeways, local depressions), Concrete Pavers, Slurry Seal, construction of storm drain pipes and structures including connector pipe screens, utility access cover adjustments and modifications, installation of street lights, traffic signals, signage, striping and markings, communication network (fiber optic conduit), temporary traffic signals, temporary traffic control, pedestrian accommodations, landscaping with maintenance and plant establishment, hardscaping, irrigation, site furniture, bus shelters and benches, and any additional related work required to complete the project as detailed in the Contract Documents. Bids are required for the entire Work.
