Sealed bids will be received, opened, and publicly read aloud by the Buffalo Sewer Authority at its Purchasing Office, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sewer Maintenance Building, 90 W. Ferry St., Buffalo, New York 14213, for the purchase of boiler feedwater chemicals and service, purchase of ferrous chloride (FeCl2), and purchase of sodium hypochlorite. Sealed proposals will also be received to conduct emissions testing on multi-hearth incinerators and auxiliary boilers. Specifications are available digitally by request or at the stated address Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays). All questions or requests for information following review of the proposal package must be submitted in writing to the Authority's Purchase Office no later than May 14, 2026. The Buffalo Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
