The location of the work is 900 South 1735 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. The following description is an outline of the work to be accomplished and not meant to be a definitive scope of work. The Scope of Work is as indicated in the Contract Documents (including drawings and specifications) prepared by BIO-WEST, Inc. and Forsgren AssociatesInc. The Work generally involvesthe regrading and resurfacing of the existing trail, relocating or installing new irrigation heads, replacing existing timbersteps, installing timber retaining wall, installing concrete steps and metal railing, installing crib wall, installing boulder retaining wall, and installing rootwad and rock streambank slope protection. Protection of Red Butte Creek will be fundamental to the Work. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated.
