Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The scope of this project is to provide the labor, materials, tools and equipment to construct two cast-in-place valve vaults with associated piping and appurtenances, and to construct electrical improvements at a third, existing vault per the Drawings. Portions of work will take place under critical shutdown schedules as outlined in these documents. Coordination will be required with the City to manage water supply to residents during these shutdown periods. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
