Sealed bids are requested from qualified bidders for the Heritage Park Improvements Project. Bidders must submit evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors must, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Contractors must comply with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123. Each proposal must include the full name of all parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond as specified in Sections 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid security must be a bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid. The sum equal to 10% of the bid is payable to the City of Euclid as a guarantee that a contract will be entered into if the bid is accepted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any non-conformities or irregularities.
