Sealed bids are sought for Hazardous Waste Day Collection in the Town of Wilton, Saratoga County, New York. The work involves a town-wide collection and removal of hazardous waste materials at a central location, specifically at 22 Traver Road, Highway Department, Wilton, New York. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials and labor, including overtime and premium time if required, to complete the work on a Saturday in September 2026, to be mutually agreed upon. All bids must be submitted on the official Bid Form or an exact copy and enclosed in a sealed envelope. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the bid amount, and separate deposits are required for multiple bids. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any part or all bids, accept alternate proposals that do not significantly alter the specifications, waive informalities, and disregard nonconforming or conditional bids. The Town practices Best Value Methodology according to Local Law No. 1 of 2014.
